Social services provider seeks administrative software

We are a large social services provider in southern Germany and are looking for administrative software. We need this for our social work (refugee social work).

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Deployment plans for client visits
• Deployment plans for open consultation hours
• Deployment plans for fixed appointments
• Client management
• Set up substitution schedules
• Shared calendar
• Compatible with email programs
• Document storage
• Chronological documentation of conversation histories
• Scheduling appointments, appointment coordination
• On-premises or cloud

We are planning 14 software workstations. We work with MS Windows systems.
