As a social services provider, we are looking for building and facility management software with a ticket system to support our 28 caretakers in their work.

We are currently exploring options and hope that the software will support us with the following requirements:

  • Ticket system for fault and incident management, can be created using a smartphone, QR code
  • Service specifications
  • Maintenance plans, checklists can be edited or customized to suit requirements, deadline monitoring
  • Order scheduling, tasks can be assigned to caretakers or external contractors, service areas, e.g., winter service
  • Logs and records, signatures, storing images for better documentation
  • Technician or caretaker app, real-time tasks on smartphones, working through checklists, uploading images, offline work possible when no network connection is available -> synchronization afterwards, time tracking, signatures, recording meter readings
  • Manage properties (broken down into floors, apartments, etc.) and the facilities they contain, e.g., heating system type XY (images), maintenance contracts, etc.
  • Interfaces to other programs
  • Operating and heating cost billing

Approximately 30 software workstations are required.
