We are a social service provider and are looking for dispatch software including billing for our transport and passenger transport service. Every day, 20 vehicles are dispatched for patient transport, disabled transport, and home emergency calls.

We have the following requirements for the software:

  • Dispatching on the current day of the ordered transports
  • Pre-planning of transports already ordered for the coming days
  • Archive search of completed transports
  • Billing of completed transports
  • Location tracking of vehicles
  • Transfer of transport data to the tablets (Android) in the vehicles
  • Online ordering of transports via a website
  • Processing of the status indicators of the individual vehicles
  • On-premises or web-based

Work is carried out in a client-server network (MS Windows).

Up to 11 software workstations are planned, or rather, the software is to be rolled out at 11 workstations.
