We are an organization in the social economy sector with more than 2,000 employees working in various social fields at over 200 locations in several federal states.
The locations are not networked with each other, or only partially so, and have divergent IT infrastructures. In addition to administrative workstations, training rooms with IT equipment are also available for various training measures.
To support our IT service management, we are looking for suitable software that can be used to centrally manage the following functions:
The software should be offered centrally as SaaS or cloud-based. An on-premises installation is not desired.
Approximately 1,200 to 1,500 software workstations will likely be managed. Approximately 15-20 employees will be involved in IT management.
