We are a well-known social organization and are looking for software to manage the daycare fees for our three facilities in Lower Saxony, plus a flat rate for food and drinks.

The software must meet the following requirements:

  • Master data management
  • Folder per child with scanned documents
  • Billing of fees
  • Billing of meal and drink fees
  • Invoicing of one to four debtors per child
  • Price scaling by hours, % and discounts
  • If possible, invoices should be sent by email
  • Annual overview per debtor per child
  • Create SEPA lists
  • Account movements and incoming payments
  • Open item lists and dunning
  • DATEV interface to accounting
  • Adapted to the specific requirements of the state of Lower Saxony
  • Rights management

Five software workstations are planned (two in administration plus three in the three daycare centers).
