We operate a small travel agency as our own tour operator and are looking for a customer relationship management (CRM) system with email and appointment management.

I want to be able to track everything from order entry to invoicing, especially email correspondence. I don't need an automatic connection to any booking systems, as I organize and offer trips myself.

The software should meet the following requirements:

  • Customer management
  • It is important that I can assign or create a contact with just a name for each call.
  • Store phone notes.
  • Appointment management.
  • Email management.
  • Later, I want to be able to send quotes using text modules, etc., and then track them with the customer.
  • If the same customer books again a year later, all previous transactions should be displayed.
  • Since we work from different locations, a cloud-based solution is advantageous.
  • The dialogue language should be German.

Two users should be able to work with the software.
