Small educational organization seeks seminar management

We are a small organization in the education sector (including training, continuing education, consulting) and are looking for seminar management software as a database solution.

The solution should meet the following requirements:

• Participant management - with (unlimited) tagging function
• Assignment of various categories, labels for seminars, for participants
• Search function
• A mail merge function should be compatible with MS Office
• Creation of email distribution lists using keywords
• Cleanup routine (e.g., outdated entries)
• Including invoicing and invoice management, if necessary
• Accounting with DATEV interface
• Suitable for mobile devices (especially Android, possibly iOS)
• GDPR compliant
• Web-based
• The master data will probably have to be transferred from an old MS Access database.

A calendar function is not essential, as MS Outlook or Google Calendar are used, for example. Invoicing is currently handled by other software.

Five software workstations are planned.
