I work in recruitment and am looking for software to test my applicants on the skills listed below.

The software should meet the following requirements:

  • Testing of specialist knowledge for the purpose of assessing suitability – with evaluation by the service provider – in
    • German (not mandatory)
    • English
    • MS Word
    • MS Excel
    • MS PowerPoint
  • Language tests covering grammar and vocabulary, and program tests with open-ended questions based on examples
  • Manageable test duration
  • Online-based tests
  • Suitable for home office
  • Windows-compatible, SaaS would be an advantage
  • Cost-effective
  • I would be interested to know whether the software is paid for per test or per monthly fee; I would prefer a flat rate.

A pure HR software (individual solution) without skill testing is already in use.

1-2 software workstations are planned.
