Service provider seeks MLM software for commission processing

As a service provider, we broker electricity and gas contracts and are looking for multi-level marketing software for billing and administration (including a compensation plan).

The software should have the following features:

• Pro-rata billing starting from the delivery date
• Ability to freeze commissions; for example, if someone is promoted, the commission for the previously brokered product remains the same
• Manage downline
• Newsletter
• Web-based

Initially, two workstations are planned.
