We are a small service company operating in the domestic care sector (private, commercial) and are looking for an industry solution. We currently use a program for outpatient care. This is too comprehensive for our company, as we do not need outpatient care documentation, and it is too cost-intensive.
The software should meet the following requirements:
- Customer management
- Service planning (order creation and quotation creation)
- Creation of route plans
- Creation of service records
- Invoicing based on actual hours worked (possibly with a scan function via smartphone or other devices), including service records
- Employee management
- Employee time management
- Logbook
- Optional DATEV interface
- Compatible with Microsoft Windows
- Clear and easy to use
- Good customer service and training from the software provider
Initially, one software workstation is planned (possibly expandable).
