We are a company in the sports and leisure industry and are looking for software for repair services. The software will be used to manage ski and snowboard services. Customers can drop off their skis or snowboards for ski and snowboard services (repairs) at our location. They can choose from several types of services. Optional services are also available.

The service is provided by a third-party service provider. The skis or snowboards are collected at our location and picked up by the third-party service provider on a regular basis. The ski and snowboard services are carried out by the third-party service provider and delivered back to our location.

The software should meet the following requirements:

  • The payment process is carried out via our cash register system when the customer drops off their equipment – no connection is necessary.
  • It should have customer and order management functions.
  • The customer and order management functions should have a notes field (for information, complaints).
  • Thermal labels and delivery notes should be created and printed
  • Connection to two printers must be possible
  • Should provide reports on orders (for comparison with sales from the cash register system and for checking the invoices of the third-party service provider)
  • An email function would also be nice – as soon as the order status is “Ready for pickup,” an email is sent to the customer

    • Optional services = Punching, derusting, binding installation, deburring, etc.

    • Customer and order data are recorded in the software

  • Special features - The workplace is staffed by constantly changing temporary workers. User control (who did what and when) is necessary. Logdaten.txt is sufficient.
