Service company seeks project management software

Our service company is active in the field of fiber optic expansion. We are now looking for suitable project management software to assist us in coordinating, documenting, and monitoring the individual measures.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Recording of individual construction measures with project numbers
• Filing of plans, correspondence, and telephone notes for the respective construction measures (visual archive)
• Grant applications, grant notifications, and approved grant amounts should be displayed
• Invoices and resulting total costs should be displayed
• Web interface for external access (e.g., retrieval of construction plans at the construction site)
• Monitoring of deadlines

We expect to need a capacity of 30 to 50 workstations over the next 5 years.
