Seminar center seeks event management, including room rental

We are an association with a wide range of activities. Our seminar center for culture, education, and health hosts various events and rents out rooms in the building. There are approximately 10 apartments, which can also be rented individually if necessary. Our website is currently being redesigned. We are looking for software to help us manage our activities.

We have the following requirements for the software:

• Apartment or room booking – also for groups
• Ideally also an interface to Airbnb
• Event management (e.g., yoga and dance classes)
• Course booking
• Website connection for transferring bookings
• Catering offers and billing
• Invoicing
• Optional club management
• Possibility of connecting a shop located in the building
• A cloud-based solution would be desirable

Approximately two to five software workstations are required initially, with the possibility of more later.
