Seeking a software solution for staffing and recruiting

We are a staffing services company with over 50,000 employees and are currently looking for a new software solution for our staffing and recruiting operations. We want to use the new software to manage our recruiting and fulfillment processes.

Among other things, the new software should meet the following requirements:

• Staffing and recruiting, or candidate search and applicant management
• Relationship management, or contact and communication management
• Order management: Support for all business processes in the areas of temporary staffing, managed services, HR consulting, and employee training
• Reporting, dashboards
• Project management
• Integration with internal/external communication tools
• Interface to external job boards
• Support for mobile devices
• Ideally, multilingual capability

The back-office area will remain in the old local system.
