Sanitary company in the service sector is looking for software for order processing

We are a young, growing company that supplies mobile sanitary solutions for all types of events. We are looking for a suitable software solution for order planning and execution, scheduling and inventory management.

The following points are particularly important:

• Scheduling
• Inventory management
• Stock management for multiple warehouses with barcodes, QR codes or NFC tags
• Asset tracking: Where and when are how many toilets?
• Repair orders
• Detailed order planning with locations, shift schedules and material requirements
• General personnel management
• Support for cooperation with forwarding agents for transportation and waste disposal companies after the event
• Web-based (possibly also mobile and offline usable)

This year we expect to have approx. 500 toilets, 3 locations in Germany, approx. 10 permanent employees who need access to the software and approx. 100 temporary staff. Approx. 10 workstations are planned.
