We are a medium-sized construction company specializing in prefabricated and modular construction and are looking for suitable and “simple” software for our sales department. The software should be able to record everything from the initial contact with a potential client to the signed purchase contract.

The software should meet the following requirements:

  • Documentation of initial contact 1–3 attempts, including date, type of contact, and notes
  • Customer registration with zip code and search radius, property size, total budget, dates, desired area, type
  • Customer master data: 1st contact (when, who, source), sales representative, name, contact details, address, offer details, order/rejection, ...
  • Work
  • Appointment calendar with follow-up or reminder function, e.g. to remind potential builders (e.g. “Please get back to us in two weeks”)

Approximately 5 software workstations are planned.
