Sales and consulting company seeks field service and spare parts management software

As a young company specializing in consulting, sales, service, and after-sales support for agricultural robots, we are looking for field service and spare parts management software. We currently support 20 machines, and next year that number will rise to 50.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Recording of the capacity of spare parts in stock
• Displaying stock levels, automatic reordering when critical thresholds are exceeded
• Recording of spare parts capacity in assembly vehicles
• Assignment of spare parts used and working hours to a customer
• Creation of suitable report sheets
• Creation of invoices or invoice forms in the course of assigning hours and spare parts to customers would be desirable
• A web- or cloud-based solution is desired

Five licenses would probably be sufficient for the coming year, but the company and, above all, the industry is growing rapidly.
