We are looking for an event management system for our retirement home that can handle all of the events we organize. We look after approximately 360 people and offer around 1,600 to 1,700 events per year, with between 5 and 150 participants.

The software should meet the following requirements:

  • Coordinating the scheduling of approximately 40 small events per week in just under 10 rooms
  • Creating registration lists and instruction lists for reception, catering, and building services for regular and one-off events
  • Creating a two-week event calendar (print) with location, time, date, title, and event description, which is prepared for print using Adobe InDesign and then finished as a brochure
  • Creating posters in a specified template with the above information and a specified graphic depending on the category, such as readings, concerts, sports programs, etc.
  • Seating and table planning – optional
  • Marketing functions – optional
  • On-premises or web-based

Five software workstations are planned. The work will be carried out using MS Windows systems.
