We operate a retirement and nursing home and are looking for software that supports electronic file management for personnel, accounting, and general correspondence. Currently, there are paper files for all employees and residents, which have already been scanned. These documents, as well as accounting documents, for example, must now be archived in accordance with legal requirements.
