We are a thriving company in the food retail industry and are looking for a POS solution that can be partially (currently 3) expanded to include merchandise management or ERP. Alternatively, an ERP or merchandise management solution without a separate POS module would also be conceivable, whereby these could be operated independently.

We have the following requirements:

  • Cash register, including corresponding cash register hardware
  • Customer and supplier management
  • Item management
  • Expandable to merchandise management or ERP
  • Inventory
  • Invoicing (e.g., delivery notes, invoices)
  • Purchasing
  • Controlling, financial accounting
    • Profitability report (with reporting) on, for example
    • Profit and loss statement (P&L)
    • Profitability, evaluations
    • Personnel costs
    • Cost accounting
    • Interest
    • Statistics
  • Modular design would be advantageous
  • DATEV interface
  • Multi-client capable
  • Windows compatible
  • Network compatible

Warehouse management is not required.

In terms of software workstations, we currently plan to have 3 for merchandise management and 10 for cash register software for our three branches (each with 3 cash registers).
