Retail and manufacturing company (toys) seeks merchandise management system for e-commerce

We are a southern German industrial company specializing in toys and are looking for a merchandise management system for online retail and e-commerce. We are active in both B2C and B2B with distribution, online retail, and retail.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Multiple login options for an e-commerce website with a variable back office for general customers
• Distributors (simplified order forms)
• Other major customers, with the option of generating alternative order forms again
• Payments via PayPal, credit card
• Easy connection to Amazon and various social media platforms
• Automatic invoicing
• Logistics
• Creation of shipping documents
• Sending data to logistics partners, including packaging dimensions
• Updating inventory and the option to upload returns and repairs to inventory (manually and automatically)
• Regular updates and upgrades within the scope of the environment used

Five software workstations are planned. The IT system landscape uses both MS Windows and macOS.
