Retail and manufacturing company (food industry) seeks inventory management system

We are a small company that produces our own line of pestos, steak and dip sauces, jams, and spreads, which we sell to individual consumers and resellers. Currently, our primary sales channel consists of various online marketplaces in Germany and Austria, where we sell our products to individual consumers. However, online sales of our products are increasing. We also aim to expand our marketing efforts to resellers on a larger scale. We are looking for an ERP system for our food production that includes inventory management, purchasing, sales, production, and CRM.

The following requirements should be met:

• Inventory management

• Interface to DATEV or optional financial accounting
• Interface to our upcoming online store
• Interface to a cash register system (to be defined) (one retail store and mobile cash registers for market operations) for inventory management
• Food labeling for label printing and product sheets; a labeling machine is still to be purchased
• Shipping label printing or corresponding interface
• Best-before date (BBD), batch management and traceability, and everything related to these must be taken into account
• Software that is not too complicated
• Software that is not too expensive
• Preferably web-based

We plan to have 3–5 software workstations.
