Retail and IT services company seeks display software (digital signage)

We are a trading and IT services company (IT hardware) in the field of communal catering and are looking for display software (digital signage) for food via serving stations as part of a renovation and technical refurbishment in a company restaurant of a large financial services provider.

We have the following requirements that need to be met:

• Can be used in communal catering (e.g., company cafeterias where payment is made via chip cards)
• Distribution of the desired display PDFs to monitors
• Display of the meals being served there, with additional information such as prices and ingredients
• Display via the monitors previously worked in such a way that the lists were created in MS Excel and saved as PDFs - the PDFs were then displayed on the screens; this procedure could be used again if necessary, but a more modern method would be preferable here
• Generally Windows-compatible
• Network connection is available (network-compatible)
• Optional: suggestions for a complete solution including PDF creation are also welcome
• We intend to purchase new monitors (21-27 inches), but these could also be provided by the software provider if necessary

At the software workstations, one is planned as a central manager PC for creating the desired display and six as displays on monitors via the food dispensers.
