Renowned industrial company seeks quality management software (approx. 10,000 users)

We are a large industrial company that supplies various industries (e.g., automotive, mechanical engineering, and process technology) and are looking for software for our quality management manual, including for controlled QM process documents in production.

Software requirements:

• Automatic approval workflow
• Graphical representation of the QM process map, including sub-processes
• Automatic distribution of changed/new QM documents to target groups with read confirmation
• Filter and search function by keyword/location/production unit
• Automatic reminders before documents expire
• Related documents
• Full-text search
• Mobile access
• Audit-proof archiving
• Multilingual
• The administrative effort should be as low as possible, SaaS solution preferred

Optional: We use Microsoft SharePoint and Nintex. If the solution is based on SharePoint, it should be cloud-ready. Migration from the old QM system is not necessary.

The software should be designed for approx. 50-100 users and approx. 10,000 viewers (read access).
