Recruitment consultancy seeks solution for CRM and applicant management

We are one of Germany's leading recruitment consultancies specializing in the demanding and high-quality search and placement of specialists and executives, and we are looking for a comprehensive, database-driven solution for CRM and applicant management. The solution is primarily intended for German-speaking countries. If suitable, expansion to other European countries is conceivable.

We have the following requirements for the software solution:

• Process automation (high degree of automation of consultant activities, option of process control by management)
• Detailed analysis options for all activities; data analysis and evaluation in the database
• Cloud solution
• App for mobile working
• Integration of external tools (LinkedIn, Talentwunder, echobot, Xing, etc.)
• DATEV interface
• GDPR compliant (storage and processing location, security standards, but also fulfillment of industry-specific requirements and challenges such as consent tracking, automated solutions, etc.)
• Connection to SIP softphones
• Personality analysis tools
• Video interviews
• Chatbots for recruiting
• Transfer of data records from the existing database system (SQL-based)
• High availability and stability of the platform
• Appropriate first and second-level support (at least during German core working hours Mon-Fri 8:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.)
• Multilingual (German/English)
