Recruitment consultancy seeks applicant management tool with document and project management

As a personnel consultancy, we support companies in the healthcare sector with personnel issues and are also active in the field of international recruitment and job placement. We are looking for an applicant management tool for our growing company.

The software should fulfill the following applications:

• Applicant management
• Candidate overview
• Assignment to clients
• Document management
• Project management
• Alarm or reminder function, e.g., if only 5 of 10 documents are available for a candidate at a certain point in time
• Reporting to management, clients, and authorities
• Creation and storage of templates for form letters and form emails (e.g., for clients and candidates)
• International access options, as there are branch offices abroad (documents from the branch offices must be uploaded and stored at headquarters)
• On-premises or web-based possible

Currently, approximately 10 software workstations are planned, with 20 to 25 workstations planned for later.
