Recruitment agency seeks recruitment software (freelancers)

We are a small, southern German personnel service provider in industrial engineering and are looking for recruitment software (freelancers) for technical specialists.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Freelancer placement, no temporary employment, only freelancers
• Customer management, CRM
• Company database
• Candidates/applicants
• Request processing
• Project/order management
• Support for freelancers in the project
• Contract storage, document management
• Legally compliant archiving
• Office functions
• Assignment of rights, user rights of employees
• Mobile access desirable
• The data should be stored on the personnel service provider's server
• Possibly also a complete server with all software programs together - that is, the compilation of a system as part of a service provided by an IT service provider would also be possible

Five to six software workstations are planned. Work will be carried out in an MS Windows system environment.
