Public institution seeks address and membership management

We are a public institution from an EU country and, in conjunction with a subordinate public institution, are looking for an address and membership management system for a business organization.

The following requirements - the software should be able to fulfill most or all of these points:

• General
• Mobile access (via an app or browser)
• Send newsletters
• Store data in the cloud or on a secure server provided by the provider
• Member management
• Support with the management of membership fees
• Distinction between club members (with membership number) and other contacts within the database
• Filter function by industry and assigned tags for contacts
• It must be possible to transfer contact data from the existing CRM system without a lot of manual rework. (Important: including the keywords/tags already assigned there, which provide information about a responsible internal contact person, the industry of the contact person/company, and the contact history)
• Event planning
• An event planning option should be integrated.

Three software workstations are planned. Work will be done with MS Windows systems and iPhones.
