Property manager seeks management solution

We are looking for property management software for a property manager. The software will be used to manage 350 units, including approx. 120 garages – all of which are owned by the company. The rest are almost exclusively residential units.

The solution must meet the following requirements:

• Address management
• Calendar function
• Access via mobile phone (e.g. via MS Outlook), mobile device with iOS or Android
• Deposit management
• Online banking
• Accounting, automatic posting
• Reporting of household-related services
• Meter reading (e.g., water meters)
• Windows-compatible
• Local or web-based

One software workstation is planned.
