Property management company seeks management solution (condominium owners' association and apartment landlord)

We are a property management company that manages landlords and homeowners' associations with a total of approximately 850 residential units. We are looking for network-compatible software for managing customers, contracts, etc.

The software should cover the following areas (in descending order of priority):

• Customer management (e.g., landlords, etc.)
• Contract management (management contracts, software contracts, leasing contracts, etc.)
• Invoicing (quotations and invoices)
• Document management, compliant with the principles of proper management and storage of books, records, and documents in electronic form, as well as data access
• Accounting

Three software workstations are planned.
