Property management company seeks property management software

We are looking for suitable property management software for our real estate management company, which has four buildings and a total of 30 residential and commercial units.

We have the following requirements for the software:

• Accounting
• Address and property management
• Creating invoices (e.g., operating costs, ancillary costs)
• Reminder run
• Optional maintenance management
• Interface to online banking
• Cloud solution to enable working from home and accessing data during apartment viewings

Three to four users will be working with the software at the same time.
