Property management company seeks document management system

We are looking for software for our property management company that will enable us to manage our documents securely.

The software must meet the following requirements:

• All documents must be scanned, archived, and made available.
• Workflows must be specified and compliance with these workflows must be ensured.
• If, for example, a notice of termination is received, it must be ensured that all relevant departments are informed so that defined measures can be initiated.
• Windows-compatible

Six software workstations are planned.
