I am looking for a property management program for my property management company, which is currently in the process of being established. My requirements regarding energy tenders: Energy tenders are submitted to suppliers in an Excel spreadsheet.
The following requirements must be met: - In addition tonormal standard management, the software must be able to do the following:
- Can the following parameters for gas and electricity supply be created for the individual delivery points (houses/apartments)?
- Energy type - Gas - Electricity
- Meter number
- Market and measurement location
- Meter readings for the last two years with conversion to consumption in kWh (important for tenders)
- Costs per delivery point - broken down individually into basic price and working price
- Term including reminder function
- Current customer number with the supplier
- Supplier
- Meter size
- Address of delivery point
- Billing address
- Change date
- Specify the cut-off date for the final invoice (01/01-31/12)
- Can this be booked in the basic program or via an additional module? (How much does the basic program cost and how much does the additional module cost?)
- Does the basic program include vacancy management?
- Can the parameters (see above) for a tender be selected individually and exported to an Excel list?
- Is it possible to manage supply contracts?
- Can documents be stored for the delivery point?
- Windows-compatible
- Purchase or rental solution
The cost inquiry would be for a workstation with 20 houses in the administration (approx. 120 units).
