Property developer seeks management software for property, facility, and asset management

We are a property developer and project developer and are specifically looking for a property, facility, and asset management software solution for a new construction project comprising 93 apartments in a major German university town. The fully furnished apartments will be rented out on an all-inclusive basis.

We have the following requirements that need to be met:

• Complete administration and solution for property, facility, and asset management
• Deposit rentals Banks, possibly interface with (rental) deposit management software
• Templates for emails - MS Outlook connection (email)
• Storage, i.e., the ability to store photos, handover reports, tenant information, or maintenance contracts, for example
• Very important - key transponder handover reports; in addition, photos of the handover reports (apartment condition) should be able to be stored, as the apartments are rented fully furnished
• All income and expenses must be viewable on a daily basis (possibly also presented graphically)
• Cost distribution – the monetary or financial situation can be viewed “at the touch of a button” for or in response to inquiries from investors.
• Windows-compatible
• Lean solution

This is for one software workstation. If necessary, two additional licenses may be added. (Investors may want to be able to access it as well).
