Project manager seeks software for project management of large construction and renovation projects

We are project managers specializing in the management of large construction projects and are looking for software to manage large construction and renovation projects (e.g., area renovations, site renovations).

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Suitability for project development by a project manager in the construction industry
• Project planning
• Project work time recording, ideally also on site
• Web-based
• Access for external users (investors, employees of participating construction companies, architects, planners, etc.)

As we are unable to specify the requirements in more detail at this stage, SaaS software with monthly usage fees, for example, would be useful.

The number of software workstations cannot be estimated precisely at this stage. We are assuming 5 users from our own ranks and 10-50 (flexible) additional external users.
