Production and trading company with event planning seeks personnel resource planning

We are a small production and trading company (merchandise items) with event planning and are looking for a personnel resource planning system for our employees, preferably with applicant management. Currently, everything is done manually using MS Excel. A simple HR solution might also be an option.

The software must meet the following requirements:

• Clear applicant management (approx. 1000 applicants per year)
• Master data (skills, additional information)
• Applicants can upload their documents etc. to the system
• Demanding scheduling of approx. 300 people in various areas of operation & jobs during Oktoberfest (2 weeks)
• Communication with employees (daily changing working hours) via app or click to notify them of their working hours
• Employees work on a sales-oriented basis, which should be reflected in the scheduling if necessary
• In the absence of applicant management, interface to the existing solution
• If necessary, for a comprehensive solution, an interface to DATEV for payroll accounting
• Web-based solution

One software workstation is required.

Note from SoftGuide: We were only able to find two personnel resource planning systems with applicant management. Alternatively, we are now focusing on simple HR solutions with integrated personnel resource planning.
