Production and trading company seeks merchandise management system

We are active in food production and wholesale and are looking for a merchandise management system including warehousing, customer data, and order data.

The following requirements must be met:

• Creation of customer and supplier data
• Creation of orders, invoices, and delivery notes
• Dunning
• Batch-related entry of goods receipts
• Inventory changes after production
• Allocation of production quantities to end products
• Complete batch-related traceability
• Evaluation of statistics
• Export of various databases (customers, warehouse, invoice data) to MS Excel or similar
• Possible connection to scales, for example
• Modular structure
• Service and maintenance contract
• Optional: web-based, as there are two locations
• Optional: food declaration
• Optional: expansion through special adaptation to our needs

Initially, 3-5 software workstations are planned (possibly expandable).
