Production and trading company seeks database software (medical devices)

We are a global manufacturing and trading company in the healthcare sector (surgical medical technology). We currently use an MS Excel list at our German location. Our headquarters are in Western Europe. We are looking for a device database for our medical products for our services (e.g., repairs) for our German location.

We have the following requirements for the software:

• It is important for us to see which customer (e.g., clinic, practice) has which device (i.e., name, address, etc.), customer management
• In addition, the serial number, software version, and components or parts installed should be displayed, device and parts management
• when the next safety inspection is due, inspection date management
• clear
• easy to use and handle

There may be 1 to 6 software workstations (depending on availability – one person manages the database, the others are read-only). Work is carried out in an MS Windows system environment.
