Private physiotherapy practice seeks simple administrative solution

I am looking for a simple administrative solution for my private physiotherapy practice. I currently work with paper documents and am considering a gradual transition.

The software must meet the following requirements:

• Manage patient data
• Create my own documents, such as
• Invoices
• Patient files
• Treatment documentation
• Possibly an interface to the tax advisor
• Compatible with MS Windows on Mac

One software workstation is required.
