Our contacts mainly consist of investors, consultants/service providers in the M&A sector and entrepreneurs. A CRM regularly goes too far for our requirements, although some aspects of a classic CRM application would also be useful for us.

We need our contact database in order to regularly contact our “suppliers” for new acquisition projects (M&A consultants, lawyers, auditors, etc.). In the course of our project review, we need to put together teams of external consultants who carry out the company review for us, i.e. who have specific industry expertise and functional knowledge - we need to be able to filter our contact database according to this in order to find suitable experts for a specific project. We need to keep in regular contact with our investors and inform them about our activities by means of newsletters, mailings or serial letters.
Further requirements:
9 workstations are planned, whereby all 9 employees must be able to access all contacts of the organization and filter the contacts according to specific criteria. However, contact maintenance and entry can be carried out by fewer employees if necessary.
