Plant manufacturer seeks software to track forwarded requests

We manufacture technical systems and products and also maintain a network of partners outside Germany. We forward inquiries from interested parties to these partners. At present, we forward these inquiries by e-mail without the possibility of tracking them.

We are looking for a web-based software in which these inquiries can be distributed to the partners. By logging in, the partners should be able to see their open requests, answer them and assign a status. The requests should be able to be created or uploaded as .msg files.
