Plant manufacturer seeks software for merchandise management

We are active in the field of construction, maintenance and repair of industrial plants. In our company we develop and manufacture machines and offer services ranging from delivery and commissioning to maintenance contracts.

For this purpose, we are looking for a merchandise management program with which we can easily keep an eye on our stocks, carry out inventories and write quotations and invoices.

The program should simplify the overview and work processes. In addition to the finished products that we offer our customers, we would also like to create the individual parts that we need for the machines in a merchandise management program. The machines themselves as product groups in which all the required parts are listed. At a glance, we want to see how much of what is needed for what and how many are currently in stock. Beyond that, there are no requirements for personnel management, online banking or similar. Interfaces are also not absolutely necessary.

We want a program that we can adapt to our requirements. For example, we would like to be able to define the columns in the article list ourselves in order to assign an internal article number in addition to the one from the manufacturer/supplier.

There are 2 to 3 computer workstations, but they do not necessarily have to access the program in parallel.
