Planning office for construction and design seeks construction software

We are a planning office for construction and design and are looking for software that supports us in our work in the office and on the construction site. We are looking for a smart solution with a simple structure.

The software must meet the following requirements:

• Project planning
• Mobile time recording
• File management; good folder structure so that you know who has worked on what and when, and you can see everything related to the project at a glance
• Mobile access to files for different teams
• Employee planning: who is where and when, including vacation, etc.
• Possibly locate defects with photos
• Deadline setting, appointment management
• Access permissions

Software workstations are required for approximately 3 permanent employees and approximately 30 workers on the construction site who need to be able to access documents and record their working hours.
