Personnel service provider seeks personnel management software

As a personnel service provider in the logistics sector, we are looking for personnel management software. The software is to be used by us as the master with 5 co-suppliers in logistics. It should be possible to schedule 500 - 900 employees in the warehouse. This is done within the framework of temporary employment (service and work contracts).

The solution should meet the following requirements:

• Shift planning (3 shifts)
• Duty scheduling
• Access control
• Customer data management
• Contact management
• Cloud solution preferred, but on-premises would also be possible
• Interface – upload employees per shift in Bosch/Kronos on time (addendum)

We require a quote (addendum: by March 10, 2021).

Ten software workstations are planned. MS Windows systems will be used.

Addendum: A request form (two sheets: VMS and data exchange) can be requested from the tenderer if required.
