Personnel service provider seeks all-in-one industry solution

We are a personnel service provider in the railway sector and are looking for scheduling software with the following requirements:

• Personnel management: master data maintenance, working time recording, absences, permanent monitoring of all deadlines/certificates
• Accounting
• Order processing: customer management, quotation management, order management, prices/discounts
• Personnel planning: resource planning, monitoring of job-specific regulations, possible use of mobile devices for information exchange regulations, possible use of mobile devices for information exchange Dispatch management, evaluations, hotel/travel bookings

In addition, we are an academy for training and further education (initially mainly in the railway sector, but in the medium term also for adults in general) and are looking for administrative software for this purpose:

• Participant management
• Prospective customer management
• Lecturer management
• Attendance monitoring
• Room allocation
• Information events
• Planning of practical assignments for participants in line with personnel planning (see above)
• Participant profile development
• eM@w interface
• Invoicing to both private individuals and companies
• Document management: assignment to lecturers/customers/participants/company
• Creating documents in corporate design
• Uploading events to social media/website
• Possible connection to Moodle (or similar)
• DATEV interface
