Personnel service provider in the process of being established seeks industry solution

I am looking for an industry solution for personnel placement for my start-up company, which will be a personnel service provider in southern Germany. The solution will be used to place temporary chefs as freelancers and interim staff in the catering industry.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Applicant management
• Order management and administration
• Personnel scheduling
• Order placement - connection to social media (e.g., Facebook)
• Quotations and invoicing
• CRM
• Newsletter
• An interface to Indeed would be desirable
• Scalable
• Multi-client capable
• Web-based, preferably SaaS

This is for a software workstation. An expansion for franchising at a later date is certainly conceivable. We work with Apple products.
