Our patent law firm would like to digitize our hard copy files (Leitz folders) and is looking for archiving software (electronic files).

We have the following requirements for the software:

  • Merge various PDFs that arrive gradually and text documents generated by us into a digital file, which has a client section, an official section, and an attachment section.
  • Files can be expanded with pages when new mail arrives.
  • With highlighter option, Post-its, tabs, and dividers.

Approximately ten software workstations are required.
