We are a growing social economy company in the field of outpatient care services. To complement our ERP system, we are looking for CRM software that takes our business processes into account.

The CRM should:

  • Support cross-selling and upselling processes
  • Centralize, control, and partially automate communication
  • Support mobile devices (smartphones) for external care workers
  • Standardize processes in sales and service, integrate approval processes
  • Ideally include DMS functions (text, PDF, fax)
  • It must be possible to compensate for weaknesses in the ERP system, as this cannot be customized.

An example: Once a week, we give our patients a visit schedule on paper. This schedule lists the on-site working hours of the nursing staff. The visit schedules must be printed out, sorted into stacks by tour after the tours have been completed, some must be sent by email, and others must be called. Until now, all of this has been done manually by employees. Then, over the course of the day, there are changes to the working hours, so that an assignment takes place 70 minutes later than noted on the paper visit schedule at the patient's home, for example. Here, we would like to see as much automation and assistance as possible, e.g., text messages for delays of 15 minutes compared to the paper printout of the visit schedule.

Data sovereignty for billing-related information must remain in the ERP system (SQL database), unless there is a CRM system that can handle billing with health and nursing care insurance companies perfectly.

Approximately 6 office workstations and, if necessary, connections for the approximately 15+ mobile workstations of the nursing staff are planned. The latter mainly access the data on their mobile devices for reading purposes.

Based on the specific requirements, the following solutions can be considered:
