Outpatient care service in the process of being established seeks administrative software

We are an outpatient care service currently being established that provides domestic services and everyday support for seniors. Later, we plan to add the management of senior living communities of 6-8 people. We are looking for administrative software to provide digital support for our tasks. We do not offer medical care, but we can arrange nursing services on request.

The software should meet the following requirements

• Customer management
• Employee management
• Recording of customer and employee requests (recording requests in order to provide the best possible assistance; for employees, e.g., desired fields of activity)
• Performance records
• Duty roster
• Time recording, optional app for employees
• Billing with nursing care insurance companies and private individuals
• Income surplus calculation
• DATEV interface
• Cloud-based if possible

Three to six software workstations are planned.
