We are looking for an address management system for members and non-members with integrated event management for our association.

The software should meet the following requirements:

  • Address management for members (possibly with member profiles) and non-members
  • Creation of special mailing lists (e.g., for various topics)
  • Membership fee management
  • Invoicing with sequential invoice numbers. No accounting functions in the sense of financial accounting are required.
    • Membership fee invoices
    • Event invoices
  • Import of old data from existing software
  • Event management (seminars, conferences, discussion groups)
  • Interfaces to:
    • Mail merges (letters and emails)
    • MS Word and MS Excel
  • Optional integration with our own website (login for members)
  • Optional self-management of member accounts (address changes, etc.)
  • Optional in-house training

We plan to have 4–5 software workstations.
